I ordered funeral flowers based on the arrangement shown on your website, and unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like the photo. The size, fullness, and overall presentation were very disappointing compared to what was advertised. This was for a funeral service, which made the situation even more upsetting. During such a sensitive time, you trust that what you order will be handled with care and professionalism. Sadly, that wasn't my experience. I would not have chosen this arrangement had l known it would look so different. I hope you review your quality control and ensure that customers receive arrangements that accurately reflect what is shown online.

I went here by my friends recommendation. Told the lady that I needed a bouquet for my mothers birthday and she made a beautiful arrangement! The two ladies working were both super sweet and friendly. Do yourself a favor and come here instead of going to Walmart / stop and shop. You get a better bouquet for the same amount of money, plus you get to support a small business. 10/10 would recommend. PS my mom loved the flowers too. Thank you so much for your help.

We buried our son today and forgot to pick up flowers before leaving the city so we decided to stop here and we're glad we did. We picked one up for our son and my grandparents that are buried in the same cemetery. The staff were so kind and the bouquets were beautiful. We will be coming here to get them flowers whenever we visit from now on.

I came home the day of my birthday to find this beautiful arrangement inside on my table on my porch. The bouquet was beautifully designed and I couldn’t help sending of picture and thank you to my son and daughter in law in Georgia who will only use House of Flowers for every occasion. I always end calling the store also and telling them what a great job they and their delivery service do.

Had a wedding and went here for the flowers! MISTAKE! The table arrangements were nice THAT IS IT!! The one for my hair weighed about a pound, I asked for a bouquet for me small and a smaller one for the flower girl but identical. I received a cute bouquet for me but then I realized it was for my 4 yr old niece mine on the other hand you needed 2 hands to hold and it looked like a log of freaking flowers almost like they decided not to bother making what I wanted I would have been better off just telling them to do what they wanted to do in the first place. I will never recommend this company GO somewhere else. OH and the best part they have someone working there who hates weddings THAT'S GREAT!! They were supposed to be identical bouquets with a handle in silk and wrapped in a braid. Looks to me like the last minute they put my stuff together and charged me an astronomical amount for this garbage. I did go in and talk about this to the owner. You did nothing than and that is when you should have not a year later.
